Apartment Review
Re-thinking my decision
Review Date: 3/26/2007 Reviewer: Only1ck@Yahoo.Com
I have lived here for about 8 months. My carpet is absolutely disgusting, stains and cigarette burns everywhere. They did steam clean the carpet and have it professionally cleaned but neither cleaning did anything. My washer and dryer are pretty old but my dishwasher is the worst. I have told them a few times that it doesn't work and they had a maintenance guy come fix it twice and it still doesn't work. I don't use it anymore which is such a waste. The grass is pretty disgusting filled with dog poo all over. Another thing is the tanning bed. Good luck on that. I work 8:30-5 and they put the list out Monday at 9 so I can't sign up and when I get home from work the entire thing is completely filled. I pay a huge amount to live here and now I have to go somewhere and pay for my tanning because it seems as though no one that lives here has a job. Our steps to the front door were supposed to be re-done, which mine haven't, and it drives me crazy because the people who live across from me stomp up those things and you can just hear loud metal stomping at all hours of the day. There is a draft coming from the door so in the winter it's pretty cold. Maybe a few bugs here and there. The person below me blasts their music/tv really early on the weekends which is my time to sleep in, so you can really hear what goes on below you. The place is actually pretty nice and most of the people that work here are pretty friendly and they are pretty good about trying to get someone from maintenance to fix things. It is also nice because it is close to a lot of things to do and eat. |
