Apartment Review for 4512 Centre Avenue - Pittsburgh, PA

4512 centre is a total mess, ceiling caved in but landlord edgos did nothing. the property was littered with an abandon car, refrigerator with door on it, stove and other furinture pulled from one of the untils. she expected her rent on time, but is 4 yrs behind on her taxes on that house and 3 yrs behind her other properties. one of her buildings was rated the eyesore of the month by a local newspaper.
