Lobos is the worst managemnet company I have ever rented from, and I have lived in Brooklyn New York.This winter our entire building, 5625 Hobart St, was without heat for 4 days during December.We repeatedly contacted Lobos and they repeatedly disregarded our pleas.Several tenants in the building had to purchase space heaters just to make it through the night.It was not until I threatened to call the news and the health commission did they finally fix it.Now the heater breaks religiously at least once a month.Also the ceiling in my bathroom fell and it took them six weeks before they fixed it.And to only make things worse, they will verbally berate you when you call to complain.Ron, a manager at Lobos, tells his tenants he could care less if they renew their leases or not.And I was even speaking to one of their maintenance people and he stated they have bounced 2 of his paychecks in the past twelve months.All I can say is.....BEWARE OF LOBOS!!!!!
